7. Refund Policy

All payments are considered final once the application is submitted. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a confirmed system error.

  • Cancellation Fee: In the event of an approved refund request, a non-refundable service and transaction charge of 6.7% will be deducted from the total amount.
