5. Fees and Payment

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once an application has been submitted to UAE immigration authorities, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejection or cancellation by the government.

6. Processing Time & Delays

While we aim for prompt submission, we do not guarantee exact approval dates. Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays or government system maintenance.

  • Additional security checks or document requests by UAE authorities.

  • Incomplete or low-quality document uploads by the user. We are not responsible for travel disruptions or costs (flight/hotel) caused by such delays.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are considered final once the application is submitted. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a confirmed system error.

  • Payment made without initiating or starting any application process.

  • Cancellation Fee: In the event of an approved refund request, a non-refundable service and transaction charge of 6.7% will be deducted from the total amount.

  • Approved refunds may take up to 15 business days to be processed to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

Track Businessmen Services is not liable for:

  • Visa denials or entry bans issued by UAE immigration.

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website.

  • Force majeure events, technical interruptions, or government policy changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be handled exclusively by the courts of Dubai, UAE.
